Hiba G. Isleem is a Palestinian artist, architect, and researcher working across installation, moving image, sound, animation, and archival practices.

Her work often begins with recordings, photographs, documents, objects, and personal histories. Through collecting, editing, rearranging, and recontextualizing these materials, she creates installations and moving-image works that bring objects, images, and narratives into new spatial relationships.

Several of her projects draw life from neglected objects, broken materials, and overlooked remnants, allowing them to become carriers of narrative. More recently, her work has focused on family histories connected to driving, trade, truck mechanics, and movement between Palestine and the Arab Gulf, drawing from decades of accumulated recordings, stories, and archival materials.

She holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from An-Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine. A recipient of the Prince Claus Seed Award, her artistic career has been shaped through residencies, fellowships, and artistic programs including A.M. Qattan Foundation, UNIDEE – Cittadellarte Fondazione Pistoletto, MMAG Foundation, SAWA SAWA, Akademie Schloss Solitude, and Intermix.  Her work has been exhibited and screened across Palestine, Germany, Italy, Jordan, France, Spain, and Saudi Arabia.
